Sara Patterson is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-I) with a deep passion for helping individuals on their path to recovery. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Appalachian State University and is in the final year of her Master’s in Social Work at UNC Charlotte.
With extensive hands-on experience supporting clients with dual diagnoses of mental health and substance use disorders, Sara takes a client-centered, empathetic approach to care. Her commitment to fostering healing and growth drives her work at Nova Transformations, where she continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those on their recovery journey.
