Individualized Care
Nova Transformations
Winston-Salem is the county seat of Forsyth County. Statistics on drug overdose in Forsyth County, NC, indicate that every zip code within the county experienced an average of three overdose-related emergency calls for every 1,000 residents. However, some areas had significantly higher rates, including the 27101 and 27105 zip codes. This shows a serious need for addiction treatment in the Winston-Salem area specifically.
While many overdose deaths in Winston-Salem and surrounding areas were related to opioid drugs, all types of drug and alcohol use are a problem in the area. Opioids, stimulants, alcohol, and prescription drugs were some of the most involved types of substances.
At Nova Transformations, we work with all types of substance use disorders. Nova Transformations is a sophisticated drug and alcohol rehab center in North Carolina that takes a new approach to addiction treatment. At our facility, you or your loved one looking for drug rehab centers in Winston-Salem, NC, will be in the best possible hands. So, what should you know?
Let’s talk about the drug programs we offer first. Then, we’ll discuss the innovative therapies and treatment methods used at Nova Transformations, our dual-diagnosis treatment services, and how to get from the Winston-Salem area to Nova Transformations.
What We Offer
There’s more than one type of substance misuse treatment program. The main factor that sets the treatment programs (or levels of care) at Nova Transformations apart from each other is their required time commitment. With this in mind, here is an overview of what to expect from our addiction treatment programs.
The partial hospitalization program, or PHP, at Nova Transformations is our most intensive level of care. Clients in the partial hospitalization program at Nova Transformations attend treatment seven hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week. The Partial Hospitalization Program at Nova Transformations is highly structured, giving you the chance to solidify new patterns while away from daily life triggers with experienced medical and mental health professionals by your side.
The partial hospitalization program at Nova Transformations is designed to immerse you in the healing process. In turn, it leaves little room for other activities or commitments, such as work or college courses. Our staff members can help you make arrangements to take a leave from work or navigate anything else you need assistance with.
The intensive outpatient program, or IOP, at Nova Transformations is significantly less intensive than PHP. Clients in the intensive outpatient program at Nova Transformations are at our facility for a total of about nine hours per week, with treatment sessions occurring three days per week for three hours each. Since IOP at our facility is substantially more flexible than PHP, clients in this level of care are able to return to work or school.
